Welcome to the new design of the de la Croix family archives website. This website is designed to be a portal for information sharing and gathering for those that share the same interest and hobby of family research.
Unfortunately, like the previous website a lot of work is involved, and it is anticipated that this new "standard" template will permit updates to be executed on a more regular basis. In the past it has always been an act to maintain each an every html file contained within the website.
The de la Croix family are one of the oldest family's today in the world. 1000 years of illustrious history has seen the family progress through the years in varíous ways surving countless wars and hardships that have occured throughout time.
This website is dedicated to the documentation and research of the entire family tree, however a particular focus is made to the "Stammvater" who is responsible for the creation of this particular Germany line. His name, Baron Damien-Daniel de la Croix. Not much is known about him, due to time for which he lived in, relgious upheaval and wars between France and Germany, resulting in the unfortunate destruction of many valuable documents.
